Automation Specialist – Google Sheets, Outlook & AI Email Personalization (Project-Based)

We are looking for a skilled automation specialist to help build a system that streamlines our outreach workflow.

The goal is to create an automation that uses Google Sheets to manage leads, automatically sends email templates via Outlook, and uses AI (ChatGPT API) to personalize emails based on the industry or sector of the lead.

Project Overview

You will build an automated workflow that:

Uses Google Sheets as a lead database

Sends automatic email templates via Outlook

Connects with ChatGPT (OpenAI API) to dynamically adjust email content

Personalizes the email depending on the sector of the business

Example:

If the lead is in healthcare, the email wording adjusts to healthcare

If the lead is in e-commerce, the messaging adapts accordingly

If the lead is in real estate, the tone and examples change

The goal is to make emails feel more relevant and personalized automatically.

Responsibilities

Build a Google Sheets-based automation system

Connect Google Sheets ? ChatGPT API ? Outlook email

Create logic that modifies email templates based on industry/sector

Implement automated sending and tracking of emails

Ensure the system is stable, efficient, and easy to manage

Provide short documentation on how the system works

Required Skills

Strong experience with Google Sheets automation

Experience integrating Outlook email

Experience with ChatGPT / OpenAI API

Knowledge of tools such as:

Google Apps Script

Zapier / Make (Integromat)

API integrations

Ability to build clean, reliable automations
