We are looking for one person to own and operate our technical stack: the website, the funnels, and the connected systems for email, automation, and tracking.

This is a dedicated in-house role. There is no agency-style client rotation, no looking for clients, and no handing off projects only to never see them finished. You build the systems, monitor their performance, and improve them. Because you run the stack, you see the long-term results of your work. It is an opportunity to take ownership and level up your skills as our systems evolve.

We are looking for a balanced skill set:

• Technical expertise: You know your way around GoHighLevel and Pabbly to build connected workflows, and tweaking PHP snippets does not slow you down.
• An eye for design: You can design, assemble and build clean, on-brand funnels and pages by yourself when we need to launch fast. This would keep projects moving forward without needing to wait on our design team.
• A curious mindset: You naturally look for ways to streamline operations and automate whatever manual work we did last month.

We are a small team with high standards. People here do what they said they would do, say when something has gone wrong, and are direct in their communications. If you need to be constantly hand-held or chased, this will not be a good fit.

--- WHAT YOU WILL DO ---

• Build and maintain weekly posts and pages in WordPress using Bricks, including ACF fields and custom PHP snippets.
• Build, manage and optimize funnels and landing pages end-to-end in GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels 2.0, handling everything from layout to tracking.
• Implement structured data and technical SEO across the sites.
• Load and schedule approved email sequences and campaigns.
• Build, manage, and optimize automations in Zapier, Pabbly, and GoHighLevel.
• Set up and debug tracking in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Deploy page-level split tests and conversion experiments with accurate tracking.
• Build and maintain weekly reporting dashboards.
• Maintain site health: monitor speed, redirects, broken links, backups, and staging environments.
• Monitor systems daily to catch failures, and either fix them or escalate appropriately.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate bulk manual work like data migrations and site-wide updates.
• Proactively identify and propose better tools and automation strategies.
• Write standard operating procedures (SOPs) for everything you build.


--- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ---

REQUIRED

• Solid WordPress experience with a visual builder (Bricks preferred; Elementor or Oxygen acceptable).
• Comfortable editing PHP snippets.
• GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels 2.0 experience: funnels, workflows, products, contracts, forms, surveys, pipelines, and calendars.
• Proficiency in at least one automation platform: Pabbly, Make, or Zapier.
• Ability to set up and debug GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Basic visual competence: you can lay out a professional page, apply brand colors, and place images. A dedicated design team will support you with custom graphics.
• Excellent written English.
• Problem-solving mindset: you diagnose before you escalate, bringing a proposed fix rather than just a problem.
• Independent execution: you are accountable to outcomes, not hours logged.
• Habitual documentation of your work.

BONUS

• Strong graphic design skills.
• Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) or Rank Math.
• Track record of conversion rate optimization and split testing.
• Proven use of AI tools to accelerate repetitive workflows.
• Technical SEO experience, specifically structured data and schema markup.

--- SCHEDULE AND TERMS ---

• Your working hours are highly flexible. The only fixed requirement is a few hours overlapping with morning Pacific Time for two to three live sessions a week, which we will schedule together.
• Because you manage your own time, proactive daily communication on Slack is required to stay aligned on updates and ongoing discussions.
• This role is focused entirely on one company and one stack. There is no agency churn and no juggling multiple clients.
