JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a small, growing company that builds business automations for small and mid-sized companies. We build each solution once and roll it out to many clients. Small team, direct contact with the founders, and everything we build must be easy for clients to start using.

What you’ll do

-Build and maintain automations and API integrations (webhooks, OAuth, ad platforms, CRMs, email, messaging)
-Build AI workflows with LLM APIs: the system proposes, a human approves, and every AI call has a budget cap
-Make solutions configurable per client, so a new client means new configuration, not new code
-Monitor jobs and logs, and fix failures before the client notices
-Document each solution so someone else can install it in under 30 minutes

Requirements

-2+ years building automations or backend integrations, ideally in Python (FastAPI)
-Solid with APIs, webhooks, authentication and error handling
-Git, Docker and Postgres basics
-Hands-on LLM API experience (Claude, OpenAI or similar)
-Experience working with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Codex), and the judgment to review and test what they write
-Strong English and 3-4 hours of overlap with Belgian time (CET)
-Careful with secrets: API keys never go in code or chat

Nice to have

---------- , n8n or GoHighLevel, used as a thin trigger layer
-Voice agents or WhatsApp integrations

Pay

-$ ---------- USD per month, first part-time to start, growing with the work
-Paid test project first, then a long-term role

To apply
-Start your message with “Automation” and answer:

-Describe one automation you built end to end. Which APIs did you use, and what broke in the first month?
-A form webhook sometimes arrives twice and the client gets two replies. How do you prevent that?
-What safeguards do you add before an AI workflow sends a message to a lead?
-How do you use Claude Code or a similar AI coding tool in your work, and how do you check that its code is correct and safe?

Add a Loom (2-3 minutes) or a code link you can share.
