We're an agency supporting coworking spaces across the United States. We handle operations, systems, and automation so space owners can focus on building community. We're looking for a technical problem-solver to join our small but mighty team.
About Us:
We value balance, collaboration, and innovation. You'll work with diverse clients and gain exposure to various tech stacks. This is a long-term opportunity where you'll become essential to our operations. We invest in our team's professional development and treat contractors as valued tea
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain Zapier automations for multiple clients (multi-step zaps, filters, formatters, webhooks, paths)
Set up and optimize HubSpot workflows, CRM systems, lists, and properties
Troubleshoot and improve existing automation flows
Document processes and create SOPs for recurring setups
Collaborate with our team to identify automation opportunities
Participate in regular team and client calls to discuss projects, share updates, and problem-solve together
Work independently while communicating clearly about progress
Required Skills (Be Honest About Your Level):
Advanced Zapier proficiency - you should be comfortable with multi-step zaps, filters, formatters, webhooks, error handling, and paths
Strong HubSpot experience - workflows, lists, properties, integrations, and data management
Problem-solving mindset and ability to think through edge cases
Clear communication skills for remote collaboration
Experience documenting technical processes for non-technical users
Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Comfortable on video calls - you'll join tea
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with proptech and coworking industry space management tools
Experience with other automation platforms
Understanding of APIs and webhooks beyond basic use
Previous agency or multi-client experience
IMPORTANT - We Are Hiring YOU, Not An Agency:
We're looking for an individual contractor who will personally do this work. If you run an agency or plan to delegate this work to others, please do not apply. We want to build a direct relationship with you as a tea
What Makes Us Different:
We pay fairly, provide professional development opportunities, and treat you like a real tea
Schedule & Payment:
$12-15/hour depending on experience
Starting at 20 hours per month (with room to grow)
Payment via PayPal or Wise - weekly initially, then monthly
Flexible hours based on client needs (you manage your schedule)
Please be available for 1-2 hours a week for potential calls in US pacific time
Long-term contract with growth potential
To Apply (IMPORTANT - READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS):
Step 1: Record a 2-3 minute video answering these questions:
Describe the most complex Zapier automation you've built - what problem did it solve and what features did you use?
Walk us through your process when a client asks you to automate something - how do you approach it?
Share an example of a HubSpot workflow you're proud of and explain why it was effective
Confirm that you are applying as an individual, not an agency, and that you will personally be doing this work
Step 2: Create a simple visual showing ONE automation you've built:
Take a screenshot of a Zapier flow or HubSpot workflow
OR create a simple diagram showing the logic flow
This helps us see how you organize and structure automations
Step 3: In your application subject line, include "Automation Expert" and your total years of Zapier experience (e.g., "Automation Expert - 3 years Zapier")
Upload your video to Loom, Google Drive, or YouTube (unlisted) and include the link along with your visual example in your application. We will only review applications that include all three elements: video, visual example, and correct subject line.
