JOB OVERVIEW

OVERVIEW

We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency building lead-to-sale automation systems for service businesses.

We are hiring an Automation Builder who is already strong in GoHighLevel (GHL) and ---------- .
This role is not for beginners, VAs, or “learning on the job” applicants.

You will work on real client systems involving CRM logic, WhatsApp follow-ups, payment flows, and conditional automation.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Build and optimise automation workflows in ----------
- Configure GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, pipelines, and custom fields
- Implement WhatsApp, SMS, and email follow-ups for speed-to-lead
- Connect GHL with external tools (forms, calendars, Stripe, Meta leads, Google Sheets)
- Design conditional logic (if / else paths, delays, fallbacks)
- Debug broken automations and prevent lead loss
- Document automation logic clearly for internal handover

REQUIRED (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Apply only if you meet all of the following:
- Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel automation
- Practical experience with ---------- (routers, filters, multi-step scenarios)
- Able to translate business logic into automation logic
- Comfortable troubleshooting without step-by-step instructions

If you mainly follow tutorials or SOPs, this role is not a fit.

NICE TO HAVE
- WhatsApp automation experience
- Stripe payment flow experience
- Understanding of lead generation funnels
- Experience supporting agency clients

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
- Automations run reliably with minimal manual intervention
- Logic is clean, readable, and easy to maintain
- Issues are identified and fixed proactively
- Clear communication when explaining systems
