JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We’re building a fully automated content ecosystem across platforms like Pinterest, Instagram, and WordPress.
We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled VA who understands how to use automation tools (like n8n) to publish and manage high-quality content efficiently.

Your Mission:
You’ll manage and improve our content workflows, from automation setup to final visual publishing.
You’ll help us save time, scale faster, and keep our brand consistent across multiple platforms.

Main Tasks:
???? Automation & Workflow Setup

Manage and improve n8n automations for content posting (Pinterest, Instagram, WordPress)

Connect tools like Airtable, Nano Banana, Ideogram, and Pinterest API

Troubleshoot automation issues and propose improvements

Ensure smooth data flow between apps (titles, images, captions, hashtags)

???? Content Creation & Management

Create or edit visual content in Canva or Figma

Repurpose content (from blog ? Pinterest ? Instagram ? Facebook)

Maintain a consistent aesthetic and brand identity

Suggest new content formats and creative ideas

???? Optimization & Tracking

Track engagement data across platforms

Identify what works best and adjust automation rules or content strategy accordingly

Prepare weekly performance reports (Airtable or Google Sheets)

Requirements:
? Experience with n8n (or Make / Zapier) — comfortable connecting APIs and troubleshooting workflows
? Familiar with Airtable, Pinterest API, and Google Sheets
? Creative mindset — understands good design, visuals, and storytelling
? Strong communication in English (written + spoken)
? Very proactive and adaptable — you look for better ways to do things, not just follow tasks
? Highly organized and reliable

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Ideogram, Midjourney, Nano Banana, etc.)

Familiarity with Pinterest SEO, hashtags, and content scheduling

Basic understanding of social media growth strategies

Technical curiosity — enjoys figuring out new tools and improving processes

Working Hours:
Full-time preferred (40h/week).
Flexible schedule, but must be responsive during overlapping hours (Europe timezone preferred).

Salary:
???? $550–700/month depending on experience.
Bonus opportunities for performance and successful automation builds.
