JOB OVERVIEW

Altos Vantage Agentic (AVA) is a US-based boutique AI-driven outbound lead generation agency. We are looking for a long-term staff member — not a one-off freelancer — who wants to grow with us as we scale.

We run a purpose-built tech stack: Apollo, Instantly, Make (formerly Integromat), and GoHighLevel. You will be a key operator inside this stack, building and maintaining the systems that power our client delivery. At the onset, we will work with you to set this system up.

This starts at 5-10 hours per week and will grow to 20-30+ hours as we onboard more clients. We pay reliably, we communicate clearly, and we treat our tea ---------- mbers with respect. If you do great work, your hours and rate will grow with us.

This is a remote position. You must be available during Eastern Time business hours (9am-6pm ET). This is a firm requirement — please do not apply if you cannot commit to ET availability.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build, test, and maintain Make (formerly Integromat) scenarios connecting Apollo, Instantly, GoHighLevel, and other tools
Set up and manage GoHighLevel sub-accounts, pipelines, and automated workflows for clients
Build and deploy custom AI agents — not just use them, actually ship them
Help onboard new clients onto our tech stack
Troubleshoot issues when they arise
Document everything clearly in Google Workspace

YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING
Make (formerly Integromat) — proven hands-on experience building real, live scenarios
GoHighLevel — sub-account setup, pipelines, workflows, API usage
Apollo and/or Instantly — email sequencing, lead sourcing, domain and inbox setup
AI and LLM agent deployment — you have built and shipped something real, not just experimented
Strong written English — you can communicate clearly with a US-based founder
Availability during Eastern Time hours (9am-6pm ET)

NICE TO HAVE
Experience with B2B outbound lead generation workflows
Familiarity with Zapier or n8n

Email deliverability and inbox warming knowledge
