JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly technical Virtual Assistant to build and manage an automated B2B affiliate recruitment engine. This role focuses on identifying new affiliate partners based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and enrolling them into a multi-channel outreach sequence. You will leverage advanced AI tools and automation platforms to streamline the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build automated workflows using n8n to scrape and identify potential B2B affiliates

Utilize AI tools like Claude Code and OpenClaw to process data and personalize outreach

Set up and manage automated cold email campaigns

Integrate LinkedIn touchpoints into the outreach sequences

Monitor campaign performance and optimize workflows for higher conversion rates

Required Skills & Experience

Fluency in AI automation tools, specifically Claude Code and OpenClaw

Advanced proficiency in building complex workflows within n8n

Proven experience in B2B lead generation and cold outreach

Familiarity with email marketing infrastructure and deliverability best practices

Understanding of B2B affiliate marketing dynamics is a strong plus
