We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter to support our design and project teams. This role focuses on preparing and organizing drawings, construction documents, and project submittal packages.

Responsibilities:
Create standard AutoCAD details and construction drawings.
Clean up and organize architectural AutoCAD files for use by our design team.
Prepare material submittals and product data packages.
Assemble city plan-submittal and permit packages.
Prepare closeout documents, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranty packages.
Update drawings based on field markups and prepare accurate as-built plans.
Convert, combine, organize, and label PDF documents.
Maintain organized project files and document logs.
Coordinate with designers and project managers to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.

Qualifications:
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Experience working with architectural or construction drawings.
Strong document preparation and file-management skills.
Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Able to read plans, follow markups, and complete detailed instructions.
Highly organized and attentive to detail.
Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good written English and communication skills.
