• Administration/bookkeeping: Manage admin tasks, invoicing, record-keeping such as inductions, certifications and compliance documentation.
• Client account administration: Monitor service inbox, raise and schedule tasks, monitor/follow up open jobs, manage client portals.
• Team support: Collaborate remotely to ensure smooth operations and contribute to improvements.
• Customer service: Handle inquiries professionally, support client needs, and enhance responsiveness.
• Process improvement: Identify and suggest workflow enhancements
