We are seeking an experienced migration paralegal based in the Philippines to prepare Australian Partner Visa applications and communicate confidently with clients.
This role requires a firm minimum of five years of hands-on Australian Partner Visa preparation experience. Excellent written and spoken English, professional client-facing skills, and confidence speaking with clients by telephone and Zoom are essential.
THE ROLE
• Onboard Partner Visa clients and maintain organised client files.
• Issue approved questionnaires and document checklists, collect supporting documents, and follow up missing information.
• Review forms and evidence for completeness and consistency, including names and dates; record gaps and escalate concerns to the supervising lawyer.
• Prepare application forms, draft correspondence and supporting document bundles for lawyer review; implement review feedback and maintain accurate versions.
• Explain approved administrative steps, request documents and provide factual progress updates to clients by phone, Zoom and

• Coordinate handovers with the legal team and protect confidential client information using approved systems and procedures.
The role focuses on Australian Partner Visa preparation and does not include employer-sponsored visa applications. Legal advice, visa strategy and final application approval remain with the supervising Australian lawyer.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• At least five years of direct, hands-on experience preparing Australian Partner Visa applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English, including clear professional correspondence.
• Confident, respectful and professional client communication by telephone and Zoom.
• Strong attention to detail, organised file management and reliable deadline follow-up.
• Ability to work effectively with a supervising lawyer and respond to review feedback.
• A reliable computer or laptop, a second monitor, and stable high-speed internet suitable for video calls and online work.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT AND PAY
Remote from the Philippines, under an independent contractor arrangement. Forty paid hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm Brisbane time (AEST, UTC+10), including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
AUD $1,600–$2,000 per month, based on relevant experience and capability.
