Audience Growth Manager (Multi-Platform)

We are looking to expand our team and are seeking someone to join us as our Audience Growth Manager.

You will be responsible for growing our audience across multiple platforms—including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and our free community that leads into a paid offer.

You will work closely with two video editors, leveraging them to execute on content while you focus on strategy, planning, publishing, and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own Audience Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to grow across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Plan Content That Wins:
Turn raw filmed content into structured content plans designed for reach, retention, and conversion

• Lead the Editors:
Work with two video editors to produce high-performing content across platforms

• Publish & Optimize:
Manage posting schedules, analyze performance, and continuously improve results

• Build the Community Funnel:
Help grow and nurture a free community that leads into a paid offer

• Leverage AI Tools:
Use AI for ideation, scripting, repurposing, analytics, and scaling output

• Test & Iterate Quickly:
Run experiments across hooks, formats, and platforms to find what works

• Stay Ahead of Trends:
Keep up with platform changes, content trends, and growth strategies

What You Need to Bring

• Proven experience growing social media accounts or channels (must have real results)
• Strong understanding of content strategy across multiple platforms
• Experience working with video editors or content teams
• Ability to analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with AI tools (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
• High ownership—you take responsibility for results
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to move fast, test ideas, and adapt

Bonus Points:
• Experience growing a YouTube channel
• Experience building or scaling a community (free ? paid)
• Background in personal brand or business content
