JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a highly organized and professional Attorney Referral Coordinator to assist with law firm outreach, referral relationship development, CRM tracking, and legal business operations.

This is NOT a basic cold-calling position.

We are looking for someone who can:

* communicate professionally and confidently on the phone
* control conversations without sounding aggressive
* speak with law firms, legal staff, and attorneys directly
* research and qualify law firms independently
* maintain organized CRM records and follow-up pipelines
* handle fast-paced workflow and multiple ongoing conversations simultaneously

Responsibilities include:

* researching and qualifying U.S. law firms
* outbound phone and email outreach
* coordinating attorney-to-attorney referral discussions
* tracking communication and follow-ups inside CRM systems
* maintaining organized relationship pipelines
* escalating serious opportunities to management

Strong English communication is REQUIRED.
You must be comfortable speaking professionally with U.S.-based law firms and decision makers.

This role is best suited for candidates with experience in:

* legal intake
* legal administration
* receptionist work
* law firm operations
* client coordination
* appointment setting
* business development
* CRM management
* legal assistant support
* or high-level administrative coordination
