JOB OVERVIEW

Due to our rapid growth, we are expanding our team and seeking dedicated Work-From-Home Record Retrieval Specialists based in the Philippines. In this role, you will retrieve medical and healthcare-related records for U.S.-based clients, follow up on record requests until completion, and use sound judgment along with our guidance to determine next steps. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for individuals with call-center, telemarketing, or BPO experience who want to grow with a supportive team.

Responsibilities
• Retrieve medical and healthcare records from various providers for U.S. clients.
• Make outbound calls and follow up persistently until requests are completed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication at all times.
• Work 7–8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, aligned with U.S. ET or PT time zones.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all confidentiality requirements

Required Qualifications
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (ET) and/or Pacific Time (PT).
• Prior voice BPO or call-center experience.
• Experience working from home.
• Telemarketing or outbound calling experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Dedicated home office with high-speed internet.
• USB headset required.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven work attitude.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in healthcare or legal fields is a plus.
