JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, do you have drafting and case management experience along with very good English? Are you detail oriented, organized, and friendly?

Our law firm is looking for someone to support our attorneys with case and motion drafting, preparing and filing cases, proactively managing the progress of a case, tracking deadlines, case and law research, and negotiating settlements. We value thoughtful, well spoken, and curious people that want to grow with the firm. This is a long term, full time position working US hours (we're 13 hours behind).

You will work with a team of ph VAs as well as our USA based team.

We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience as an attorney. Attention to detail and a growth mindset are a must.

We defend clients being sued by financial companies, and turn around and sue those same companies under federal laws including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act as well as Illinois state laws like the Debt Settlement Consumer Protection Act and Illinois Consumer Fraud Act. Don't worry, we will teach you.
