About the Role
We’re looking for an Associate Account Manager to help support the day-to-day execution of client campaigns.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who want to gain real exposure to sales operations, account management, and outbound strategy.
If you’re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in how outbound sales works behind the scenes, this is a solid entry point into the industry.
You’ll be working closely with Account Managers and play a key role in keeping campaigns organized, optimized, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in launching outbound campaigns (targeting, scripts, contact lists)
- Support the creation and refinement of call scripts and follow-ups
- Attend onboarding and weekly client calls; document notes and action items
- Organize and maintain client assets (ICPs, messaging, campaign documentation)
- Work with BDRs to ensure campaign clarity and alignment
- Track key performance metrics (e.g., meetings booked, attendance rates)
- Help prepare client reports and performance updates
- Use AI tools to streamline writing, research, and admin work
- Troubleshoot basic issues across tools like HubSpot, Nooks, and similar platforms
- Provide general operational support to Account Managers
What We’re Looking For
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with little to no experience
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, or outbound campaigns
- Comfortable with technology or quick to learn new tools
- Willingness to explore and use AI tools like ChatGPT
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
- Compensation & Career Growth
