About the Role
We're looking for an Associate Account Manager / Administrative Assistant to help support the daily operations of our outbound client campaigns while developing the skills needed to grow into an Account Manager.

In this role, you'll work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to keep campaigns organized, coordinate project deliverables, support new client launches, and ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, learning new technology, and communicating with both internal teams and clients. No prior account management experience is required—we're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to build a long-term career.

As you grow in the role, you'll gain hands-on experience in client success, outbound sales strategy, campaign management, AI tools, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the launch of new outbound campaigns by preparing ICPs, contact lists, call scripts, messaging, and campaign documentation.
- Draft, review, and refine cold calling scripts, follow-up emails, and other campaign assets.
- Participate in client onboarding calls and recurring meetings while documenting key discussions, action items, and deliverables.
- Maintain organized campaign documentation, including messaging, targeting, client requests, SOPs, and performance updates.
- Set up and configure new client accounts such as Gmail, Calendly, and other campaign tools.
- Coordinate with BDRs to communicate campaign updates and ensure execution stays aligned.
- Track campaign performance metrics, including meetings booked, meetings held, show rates, and other key KPIs.
- Assist in preparing weekly client reports, campaign summaries, and performance insights.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve research, documentation, copywriting, and administrative workflows.
- Help resolve platform issues involving HubSpot, Nooks, Google Workspace, and other internal systems.
- Support the Account Management team with operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Interested in client success, sales operations, project coordination, or account management.
- Comfortable learning new software, technology platforms, and business tools.
- Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools is a plus
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive when solving problems.
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to continuously learn and improve.

Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time

- USD $1,000/month (entry-level)
