Location: Remote Hours: Part-time, flexible (est. 5–10 hrs/week to start) Company: Your College Process, LLC

About Us

Your College Process is a college consulting practice helping high school students and their families navigate the college admissions process with less stress and more joy. We're the team behind The Compassionate College Process and a growing library of resources for students and parents. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and creative virtual assistant to help us run day-to-day operations and marketing.

What You'll Do
Social media: Schedule and post content across platforms (Instagram, etc.), engage with our community, and help plan a content calendar
Giveaway files: Design simple, polished freebies (PDFs, worksheets, checklists) for email list growth and social giveaways
Book marketing: Draft outreach letters and emails to libraries, podcasts, and media contacts to promote The Compassionate College Process
Organization: Keep our systems tidy -- manage to-do lists, track outreach and follow-ups, organize files, and help keep projects on schedule
Other support: Occasional research, light data entry, and admin tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Strong written communication skills -- you can write in a warm, clear voice
Comfortable with design tools like Canva
Experience with social media scheduling tools
Detail-oriented and self-directed -- you follow through without much hand-holding
Familiarity with Google Workspace and basic project management tools
Bonus: experience in publishing, education, or small-business marketing
