Yaran Strata Management, a subsidiary of Yaran Property Group, is dedicated to providing exceptional strata management services to strata companies around Perth.
The company currently operates 50 strata schemes comprising approximately 629 dwellings under its strata management business. Yaran is looking for an Assistant Strata Manager to assist managing and improve the processes of the current strata management operations while expanding the strata business by pursuing new business development opportunities.
Job Description
The successful applicant will be fully responsible for day-to-day operations more specifically, the following:
Support the Strata Manager by completing routine administrative tasks such as:
o Coordinating maintenance work.
-Gather quotes from contractors.
-Follow up on jobs and pending maintenance concerns.
-Manage ongoing maintenance contracts.
-Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contractors.
o Review CCTV and investigate concerns.
o Send out announcements to owners.
o
o Ensure compliance is up to date and records are always maintained.
Manage the following through use of strata software’s such as Urbanise,
o Bank reconciliation between General Ledger and Bank statement
o Adding Invoices in Urbanise (Data Entry)
o Owner levy statements and arrears management.
o Insurance Renewal and assist insurance claim (when applicable)
o Strata Management Agreement Renewal
o Assist in scheduling of Annual General Meeting of Strata Company
We are rapidly expanding the strata business by acquiring new managements from existing strata schemes not affiliated with the Yaran Group.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree – majors in Business, Accounting, and Law are preferred
Experience in any of the following:
- Strata Management
- Property Management
- Maintenance Management
- Bookkeeping, and
- Data Entry
Customer service oriented
Attention to detail

Strong command of the English Language (written and verbal)

Employment Salary and Benefits:
Immediate Start
Full-time, Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 5:30PM PH Time
Salary: $230 AUD per week
Benefit: 13th Month Pay
