The Role:

We're looking for a motivated and personable Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be remote and the first point of contact for potential customers — helping them find the right cleaning service and guiding them through the process of becoming a Two Maids client.

This is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, stays organized under pressure, and takes ownership of their work without needing to be micromanaged.

This is not your average sales role. You’ll have a hand in nearly every part of our business — including managing customer support and helping with additional administrative duties in the office. We’re looking for someone who’s excited about taking ownership of day-to-day sales, operations and growing into a leadership role as we scale.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing inbound leads through our CRM system and ensuring they are placed in the correct action plans

Calling, texting, and emailing leads to discuss cleaning options and convert them into customers

Scheduling in-home consultations for prospective clients based on management and ownership schedules

Keeping the CRM database organized, accurate, and up to date

Potential creative outlet to create action plans that you feel are better suited for our leads

Providing excellent customer service to current and prospective clients

Supporting general office tasks as needed, with room to grow into additional responsibilities over time

What We're Looking For:

Fluent in American English with strong spoken and written communication skills

Prior experience in sales and/or customer support

Comfortable managing CRM systems and lead pipelines

Confident and personable on the phone — you enjoy talking to people

Self-motivated and proactive; you thrive working independently in a remote setting

Detail-oriented, empathetic, patient, and a clear communicator

Equipped with a reliable computer, strong internet connection, and a quiet home workspace

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $8/hour, paid bi-weekly

Hours: 25–30 hours per week; room to grow into full-time if wanted

Performance: Potential for pay increases based on performance and growth

Health Stipend: $25/week toward health insurance and government contributions

13th Month Pay: Included (prorated in your first year)

Paid Time Off: 20 paid days off per year (available after 6 months) + 8 U.S. holidays
