Assistant Property Manager
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (with a 30-minute lunch break)
Compensation: $850 – $1,250 USD / month (55,000 – 82,500 PHP)
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team. Acting as a vital liaison between residents, vendors, clients, and the Property Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, high tenant satisfaction, and solid financial administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations & Leasing
-Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, professionally managing inquiries, maintenance requests, and concerns to maintain high retention rates.
-Support the full leasing cycle, including unit marketing, virtual/in-person property tours, applicant screening, and lease agreement preparation.
Financial & Accounting Operations:
-Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R): Post rent payments, track delinquencies, and coordinate collection efforts.
-Manage Accounts Payable (A/P): Process and code invoices for approval and payment.
-Assist the Property Manager with monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and annual budget preparation.
Property Operations & Maintenance:
-Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors to ensure work orders are executed efficiently and up to standard.
-Conduct regular site walks and property assessments, including move-in and move-out inspections.
Marketing, Media & Executive Support:
-Design visual materials using Canva and assist with basic video editing for property marketing efforts.

-Provide high-level administrative and executive support, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Property Management: Minimum 2+ years of experience in property management, real estate administration, or executive administrative support (supporting C-level executives is a plus).
-Marketing & Media: Proven background managing business social media platforms, basic video editing, and using Canva for design.
Technical Skills:
-Property Management Software: Experience with platforms such as AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or RealPage is highly preferred.
-Software Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and presentation design) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs).
-Marketing Tech: Familiarity with
Core Competencies:
-Financial Acumen: Strong working knowledge of basic accounting principles, specifically A/R and A/P.
-Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a client-first, empathetic approach.
-Discretion & Equity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion and work through a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) lens.
-Problem-Solving & Work Ethic: Self-motivated, highly accountable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Certifications:
-An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Real Estate is a plus.
-A valid Real Estate License is preferred, but not required.
