GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Premier Meetings Incorporated is seeking a remote part time Assistant to join the team. Premier Meetings, Inc., has been the pre-eminent site selection company in the hospitality industry for over thirty four years. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
? Schedule meetings and appointments with clients
? Manage invoices
? Review clients’ event criteria and search for properties that meet the criteria
? Create client proposals based on hotel data and responses
? Communicate directly with clients from initial request to finalization of contract
? Review final contracts provided by hotel for accuracy and to ensure that client needs are met
? Arrange and coordinate logistics for site inspections with hotel contacts
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? Demonstrates strong time management skills and consistently completes tasks efficiently and accurately
? Must be proficient with Google Workspace
? Travel/Hospitality experience preferred
? Self-starter
? Customer-service oriented
? Organized with a strong attention to detail
? Professional demeanor
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Process-oriented
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
? College degree preferred
