Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Account Manager Assistant to support our Los Angeles-based Account Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. The assistant will help ensure client requests, internal tasks, and project updates are handled efficiently so the Account Manager can focus on client strategy and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
-Administrative Support
-Assist the Account Manager with daily administrative tasks and workflow management
-Organize and track client requests to ensure nothing is missed
-Maintain and update internal project management tools (e.g.,
-Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up action items
-Task Coordination
-Coordinate with internal teams including PPC, Web Development, Creatives, and Operations
-Ensure tasks are properly assigned and deadlines are met
-Follow up with tea
-Client Support
-Assist with preparing client updates and reports
-Help monitor incoming
-Ensure client concerns or requests are addressed promptly, properly documented and communicated internally
-Data & Reporting
-Maintain accurate records of client activities, tasks, and updates
-Assist with preparing reports and performance summaries when needed
Qualifications
-Previous experience in administrative support, account management assistance, or project coordination
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Excellent written and verbal English communication
-Comfortable working with remote teams and digital communication tools
-Experience with CRM or project management tools (
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
Work Requirements
-Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST
-Reliable high-speed internet connection
-Backup power supply and backup internet preferred
-Comfortable working with time tracking software
