We are looking for an Asset Manager to manage ongoing portfolio diligence, collateral monitoring, borrower communication, and loan servicing across our loan portfolio.

You will own assigned files from beginning to end, ensure required diligence remains current, coordinate with borrowers and vendors, and make sure servicing matters are handled accurately and on time.

Previous private lending experience is not required. We provide training, documented workflows, SOPs, and a detailed resource center.

What You’ll Do
- Manage ongoing portfolio diligence across assigned loans
- Complete periodic credit reviews and borrower diligence
- Monitor title, property taxes, property insurance, inspections, and other collateral requirements
- Communicate with borrowers regarding loan requirements, servicing matters, and outstanding items
- Manage loan servicing items including payments, payoffs, extensions, advances, and other borrower requests
- Coordinate with title companies, insurance providers, inspectors, servicers, and other vendors
- Review loan and collateral documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate notes, documentation, statuses, and next actions
- Follow up consistently until open items are resolved
- Identify and escalate material risks or issues
- Provide clear portfolio reporting to management

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of recent experience working US hours / night shift
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent follow-up and time-management skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines at once
- Comfortable reviewing financial, credit, and property-related information
- Strong judgment and problem-solving ability
- Ability to communicate professionally with borrowers and vendors
- Experience in lending, loan servicing, real estate, title, insurance, or financial services is a plus

Goal: Ensure every loan in the portfolio remains properly monitored, documented, serviced, and followed up on throughout its lifecycle.
