At Design Never Sleeps, we're looking for a talented individual to join our close-knit team of five. As a leading Brand Consulting company with offices in Singapore and NYC, we're on a mission to take our brand to new heights through stunning visuals, creative content, and engaging design projects.

If you are:

A creative powerhouse bursting with ENTERTAINMENT industry experience such as music, skate culture, or illustration background.
A designer who loves exploring and incorporating cultural elements from the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, the United States, and beyond into your work.
Excited about creating eye-catching content for our website (designneversleeps.co), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Experienced in producing TikTok or Instagram content (please include your IG/TikTok handle in your application).
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment and is excited about working with clients in New York City and Singapore.

Graphic Designer Job Scope:

Purpose:
To create visually stunning, engaging, and high-quality content that aligns with our brand and captivates our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Innovation: Generate 10 creative and culturally relevant design ideas that can be transformed into blog posts, 15-second videos, or carousels related to design and branding.
Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality, shareable content based on your ideas, and publish it on external platforms (e.g., Medium, LinkedIn) to drive traffic and backlinks to our site.
Influencer Collaboration: Work with industry leaders to promote our content and brand, aiming for at least five collaborations per month.
Brand Mentions: Secure at least three mentions of Design Never Sleeps on external websites per week.
Backlink Building: Acquire high-quality backlinks through guest blogging, broken link building, and outreach campaigns.
Social Media Management: Create and post three engaging pieces of content per week on LinkedIn, including one carousel post, one video post, and one long-form article. Repurpose this content for three additional posts on Instagram.
Follower Growth: Increase our LinkedIn and Instagram followings by 100 quality followers each per month, with bonus rewards for every 200 followers gained.
Public Relations: Reach out to companies or news publications to secure speaking engagements for our Founder on prominent platforms (e.g., Forbes, Fast Company Innovation Festival) and get our brand featured in top media outlets.

Email
Marketing: Utilize our monthly blog content to create and execute a monthly email newsletter via Mailchimp (template provided).
Review Management: Encourage and manage positive reviews on platforms like Google My Business, Yelp, and industry-specific review sites.
Community Engagement: Participate in relevant forums, Q&A sites (like Quora), and online communities to establish our brand authority and drive traffic.
