We're looking for a highly motivated, organised and tech-savvy Marketing & Automation Virtual Assistant who loves learning, enjoys solving problems and is excited by the opportunity to help grow a thriving healthcare business.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys marketing, AI, systems, automation and continuous improvement. Previous healthcare experience is beneficial but isn't essential—we're looking for the right attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.

About the Role

Working closely with the clinic owner, you'll help implement marketing campaigns, build automated systems, improve patient communication and support projects that help the business grow.

No two days will be the same. One day you may be building an automation in GoHighLevel, the next creating social media content, analysing campaign results or helping launch a new patient initiative.

Training and ongoing support will be provided, but we're looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out, takes initiative and is committed to continual learning.

Your Responsibilities May Include:
• Creating and scheduling email and SMS marketing campaigns
• Building and maintaining automations in GoHighLevel
• Assisting with AI tools and workflow optimisation
• Creating and scheduling social media content
• Updating website content and landing pages
• Managing patient communication campaigns
• Assisting with Google and Facebook advertising
• Tracking marketing KPIs and campaign performance
• Producing reports and suggesting improvements
• Supporting special projects and business growth initiatives
• Helping identify opportunities to improve systems and patient experience

Skills That Would Be Highly Regarded
Experience with any of the following is advantageous but not essential:
• GoHighLevel
• Canva
• ChatGPT/Claude or other AI tools
• Meta Business Suite
• Google Ads
• Email marketing platforms
• CRM systems
• Marketing automation
• Basic graphic design
• Copywriting
