StressFree FrontDesk is hiring an SEO specialist (technical + content/on-page) to improve search visibility and rankings across multiple client websites.
What You’ll Do
Audit each site and build a prioritized SEO roadmap (quick wins + longer-term growth).
Resolve technical SEO issues that block performance (crawl/indexing problems, 404/4XX errors, broken links, redirects).
Improve on-page SEO at scale (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, content structure).
Identify keyword opportunities and map them to the right pages (service pages, location pages, collections/categories, blogs).
Recommend and/or create SEO content improvements (expand thin pages, add FAQs, strengthen service pages).
Improve local SEO where relevant (Google Business Profile recommendations, location targeting, citations guidance).
Monitor results and report progress (rankings, traffic trends, leads where available).
Document changes clearly so work is repeatable across multiple sites.
Qualifications
Proven experience improving rankings through technical SEO + on-page/content SEO.
Strong understanding of crawling/indexing, redirects, canonicalization, and site architecture.
Ability to do keyword research and translate it into page-level actions.
Comfortable working across different website platforms/CMS environments.
Clear communicator with strong documentation habits.
Nice to Have
Experience with local SEO for service businesses.
Experience with eCommerce/catalog-style sites.

1. SEO Experience Roadmap: How long have you been doing SEO? Provide a timeline in this format for your last 2 clients:

What you changed (be specific: titles/meta, content sections, redirect map, fixing 404s, pruning/noindex, etc.)
Before ? after results (rankings/traffic/leads) and timeframe
One process improvement you introduced (templates, SOPs, reporting cadence, QA checklist) and what it changed (time saved, fewer errors, faster turnaround)
3. Technical Depth Check
Redirects & 404s: Explain your process for handling 404/4XX errors on a live site. Include:
How you d
How you prevent redirect chains/loops
How you QA changes (what you check in GSC/crawls)
One example where your approach improved crawl/indexing
On-page at scale: Explain how you fix duplicate titles/meta descriptions across hundreds of pages without doing them one-by-one. Include:
Your approach to templates/rules
How you handle faceted/pagination pages (canonical/noindex)
How you measure success (CTR, index coverage, rankings)
