JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Canadian architectural and interior design firm seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist/BIM Designer(s) based in Metro Manila.

The position will begin on a limited, project-by-project contract basis. Strong performance may lead to an ongoing role as part of our integrated remote team. Our long-term goal is to build a collaborative team of two to three talented professionals in the Manila area.

Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Revit and ArchiCAD
Ability to produce accurate architectural drawings and coordinated BIM models
Ability to produce technical construction drawing sets for building permits and construction
Experience creating high-quality architectural renderings
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign for design briefs, reports, portfolios and marketing materials
Experience collaborating through Autodesk BIM 360
Access to current licensed software, including the required Autodesk collaboration licence
Strong written English, organization and attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet agreed deadlines
