About Us

We are a U.S.-based pre-engineered metal building company creating custom building quotes for customers across the country. We need a reliable rendering assistant who can turn our wireframe building drawings into clean, realistic colored concept renderings for customer presentations.

These are not full architectural designs — they are customer-facing visual mockups based on wireframe drawing.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer who can create color renderings from black-and-white wireframe building drawings.

You will receive:

Wireframe PDF drawing
Color specifications (roof, wall, trim colors)

You will create:

Realistic colored exterior renderings of metal buildings Exterior only and only one view.
Accurate renderings matching the actual building geometry

Typical Projects Include:
Pre-engineered metal buildings
Warehouses
Garages
Shops
Barn-style buildings
Multi-building connected structures
Buildings with porches, canopies, lean-tos
Required Skills:

? Experience with architectural rendering software
? Ability to accurately follow wireframe building geometry
? Experience with one or more:

SketchUp
Lumion
Twinmotion
Revit rendering tools
AI rendering software (Rendair, mnml.ai, Veras, etc.)
These do not have to be exact, this is only for conceptual presentation

Important:

This role requires accuracy.
We are NOT looking for artistic reinterpretations.
We need renderings that match the actual building drawings as closely as possible.

For each project:

One high-quality exterior colored rendering (JPG or PNG)

Fast turnaround preferred (24–Hours /
Workload:
