# Architectural Photo Editor (Real Estate Media)

We're looking for a talented **Architectural Photo Editor** with a passion for creating exceptional real estate imagery. You'll be responsible for transforming RAW property photographs into premium marketing images that showcase homes at their absolute best while maintaining a natural, realistic appearance.

If you have a strong eye for architecture, composition, lighting, and detail—and can consistently produce high-quality work with fast turnaround times—we'd love to hear from you.

## Your Responsibilities

* Edit residential and commercial real estate photography.
* Colour correct and balance images for a bright, clean, natural look.
* Perform professional window pulls and exposure blending.
* Correct perspective and vertical lines.
* Replace skies naturally when required.
* Remove distractions such as bins, vehicles, cords, power poles, stains, reflections, patchy grass, garden clutter, and other imperfections.
* Enhance lawns, gardens, pools, landscaping, and outdoor areas while keeping them realistic.
* Deliver crisp, magazine-quality architectural imagery.
* Follow our editing style guide to ensure consistency across every property.
* Organise files and deliver projects within agreed turnaround times.

## Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

* Proven experience editing architectural or real estate photography.
* Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop.
* Strong experience with Adobe Lightroom or Adobe Camera Raw.
* Excellent understanding of:

* Colour correction
* Exposure blending
* Window pulls
* Perspective correction
* Natural retouching
* Image sharpening
* Architectural composition
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to edit quickly without sacrificing quality.
* Strong English communication skills.
* Reliable high-speed internet.
* A computer capable of handling large RAW image files.
* The ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
