JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a skilled Architectural Draftsperson to join our team full-time. You'll be responsible for producing accurate, detailed technical drawing sets for residential and light commercial projects, working closely with our design team from concept through permit-ready documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a US-based firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce complete technical drawing sets, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details, based on design direction from the licensed project architect.
- Prepare permit drawing sets in compliance with NYS building codes and local jurisdictional requirements
- Revise and update drawings based on redlines, client feedback, and consultant coordination (structural, MEP, etc.).
- Maintain organized, up-to-date project files and drawing revisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Experience working on US-based projects is plus.
- Strong proficiency in CAD/drafting software & 3D software.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
