JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to support our design and construction projects. The role involves Revit modeling, drafting, and preparation of construction documents. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in producing accurate architectural drawings and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and update architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit
- Assist in preparing construction documents and detailed project plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and alignment of designs
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files in accordance with drafting standards
- Implement revisions and provide detailed drawings as required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
- Proficiency in Revit is required
- Strong knowledge of architectural drafting standards and construction documentation
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is an advantage
- Preferred to work onsite in Pampanga
