Presidential Building Services Pty Ltd is a well-established Perth-based construction company specialising in residential and commercial projects across Western Australia. We are a growing team committed to quality craftsmanship and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. We already have a growing remote team based in the Philippines and are now looking to expand with a talented and detail-oriented Architect or Architectural Drafter.

The Role
You will work closely with our Managing Director, Perth-based project teams, and our existing Philippines-based remote team to produce high-quality architectural drawings, plans, and documentation for a range of residential and commercial construction projects. This is a fully remote, full-time position supporting our Australian operations. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running — this role is available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and produce detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation
Develop concept designs through to construction-ready documentation for residential and commercial projects
Ensure all drawings comply with Australian building standards and relevant codes (NCC/BCA, AS standards)
Coordinate with project managers, builders, and trades to resolve design and documentation queries
Manage and update drawing registers and revision control
Assist with council and building permit documentation as required
Liaise with clients and consultants to incorporate feedback and design changes
Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Required Skills & Experience
Degree in Architecture or Architectural Drafting (or equivalent qualification)
Minimum 3 years' experience in residential and commercial architectural drafting or design
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (ArchiCAD experience also valued)
Solid understanding of Australian building standards, the National Construction Code (NCC/BCA), and Western Australian planning requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, construction-ready documentation
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (PST / AWST)

Preferred / Advantageous
Experience working with Australian construction companies or clients
