JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are a California-based design firm specializing in residential projects (ADUs, additions, and new construction). We are seeking a remote Architectural Designer/Drafter with strong U.S. experience to prepare permit-ready plan sets.

Requirements:

Proven experience with U.S.-based residential projects (California preferred)
Strong knowledge of California Building Code (CBC) and Los Angeles zoning codes
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
Ability to produce complete, permit-ready drawings
Strong communication and attention to detail
