JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Architect to support our residential and commercial design projects. This role is ideal for an architect who produces clean, accurate drawings, strong 3D visualizations, and complete interior documentation packages that meet international standards.
We work on premium projects and require someone who can deliver professional, well-coordinated architectural outputs with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
2D Architectural Drawings
- Prepare full architectural drawing sets for residential and commercial buildings
- Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, and site plans
- Create detailed interior drawings (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.)
- Develop window and door schedules
- Prepare finishing schedules and material specifications
- Coordinate drawings with structural and MEP layouts

3D Modelling & Visualization
- Create accurate 3D models of architectural designs
- Produce high-quality renders for presentations
- Develop interior and exterior visualizations
- Ensure models align with construction-ready 2D drawings

Documentation & Coordination
- Prepare architectural sheets for permit and construction
- Ensure all drawings follow consistent standards and naming conventions
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers
- Revise drawings based on feedback and design updates

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 2–5 years experience in architectural design and documentation
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Experience producing detailed interior drawings and schedules
- Ability to create clean, organized drawing sets
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable internet and ability to work remotely
