JOB OVERVIEW

I am hiring for a Full-Time Architect

We are looking for someone experienced in residential architecture and Revit who can take a basic sketch or dimensions and develop it into a complete, construction-ready plan set.

What You’ll Do

* Develop custom residential homes from sketches to complete construction documents
* Create accurate Revit models and plan sets
* Prepare interior and exterior elevations
* Develop wall sections, siding, and construction details
* Make sure drawings are accurate for estimating, permitting, and construction
* Work closely with the team remotely

What I’m Looking For

* Strong hands-on Revit experience
* Experience with custom residential homes
* Strong understanding of residential construction documents
* Experience creating complete plan sets, not just renderings
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Clear spoken English and comfortable working with a US-based team
* US residential construction experience is a plus
