JOB OVERVIEW

Booked AI helps businesses grow with professional websites and AI-powered receptionists that handle calls, book appointments, and capture leads — 24/7, without hiring extra staff. We're expanding fast and need driven appointment setters to get us in front of the right business owners

What to do
Research and build lead lists of local businesses that would benefit from a website or AI receptionist
Make outbound cold calls and send follow-up messages to business owners and decision makers
Pitch the value of our services in a clear, friendly, and confident way
Book qualified discovery calls or demos directly into our calendar
Track your outreach activity and results in a shared CRM or spreadsheet
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments set.

What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales — B2B preferred
Excellent spoken and written English — confident, clear, and professional on the phone
Not afraid of rejection — you stay positive and keep dialing
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets
Basic computer skills — Google Sheets, Zoom, CRM tools (training provided)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls

Nice to have
Experience selling digital services (websites, SEO, software, or SaaS)
Familiarity with AI tools or tech products
Experience with US, UK, Australian, or Canadian clients

How you get paid
Small base — $2–$3/hr
Just enough to keep the lights on while you ramp up. This is not where the money is.
$5 per qualified appointment booked
Every confirmed call you book with a real decision maker pays $5. Book 3 per day = $75 extra/week on top of base.
Bonus when your appointment closes a deal
Website deal closes ? +$25 bonus. AI receptionist deal closes ? +$50–$75 bonus. You get paid when we get paid.
