You’ll be calling business owners and decision-makers to introduce Think ALM’s automation and AI services and book qualified consultations for our sales team. This is a phone-first role, so you must be confident making volume calls, handling objections, and hitting daily targets. You will work Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT) from home.
What you will do
Call cold data daily and introduce Think ALM’s services to business owners
Qualify prospects and book confirmed appointments for our consultants
Follow up on leads and manage your pipeline using our CRM
Report daily activity and results to the team lead
What we are looking for
Strong spoken English — clear, confident, and professional
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
Available to work Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT, Mon–Fri)
Bonus: Interest or background in tech, AI, or business automation
