JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, energetic appointment setter to make outbound calls to business leads in the United States. Your one job is simple: call prospects, have a real conversation, and get them to book a call on our calendar.
This is a long-term remote role. If you perform well, you grow with us.

What You Will Do Every Day
Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to warm and cold US business leads
Follow a proven script and handle common objections confidently
Book qualified appointments directly into our calendar (Calendly)
Update a daily call log with dials, conversations, bookings, and notes
Send a WhatsApp end-of-day report with your numbers
Attend a brief daily check-in call with the team

You Are the Right Person If You Have...
Clear, confident spoken English — neutral or near-neutral accent
At least 1 year of outbound calling, BPO, or telemarketing experience
Experience handling objections like "I'm not interested" or "Send me an email"
A quiet home workspace, reliable internet (wired preferred), and a good headset
Experience with any dialer tool (VICI Dial, Mojo, JustCall, or similar)
Discipline to work independently — no micromanaging, but we track numbers daily

Work Setup
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time
Location: Work from home — Philippines only
Equipment: Your own laptop/desktop, headset, and stable internet connection
Payment: Wise bank transfer or GCash — paid monthly base + weekly commission
Start date: As soon as possible — we move fast

We shortlist within 48 hours. Top candidates will be invited to a short Zoom interview and a mock call. Final hire goes through a paid 7-day trial and onboarding
