About the Role
As a Sales Specialist (Setter), you’ll play a key role in helping high school families navigate the college admissions process by connecting them with our Sales Advisors. Your job is to engage with potential clients, guide them through our pipeline, and ensure they have all the information they need to succeed.
You’ll work alongside a supportive team that values initiative, communication, and making a difference in people’s lives.
Responsibilities:
Actively engage with potential clients through calls, texts, and
Review our
Move prospects through the pipeline using our CRM.
Document every interaction with leads and clients in the CRM system.
Educate prospects about our services and how we can help them.
Collaborate with the Client Success Director to identify opportunities to better serve clients.
Attend regular Sales Tea

Step 2: A 45-Minute Intro Chat
You’ll hop on a quick call with our team to discuss your application, answer some of our questions, and ask any questions about the role.
Step 3: Paid 12-Week Pilot Phase
If there’s a mutual fit, you’ll move into a full-time, paid trial period to test your skills, fit with the team, and overall performance. During this trial period, you will be paid $100.00 USD per week for the first 4 weeks, then your pay will increase to $138.46 USD for remaining 8 weeks of the Pilot Phase. You also become eligible to earn commissions after your first 2 weeks of the Pilot Phase.
Step 4: Full-Time Employment
After successfully completing the Pilot Phase, you’ll be offered a full-time role (40 hours/week) with opportunities to grow, and a salary of $184.61 USD per week, plus sales commissions.
