Job Description (Read Carefully)
We are a US-based company selling AI and IT services to US businesses, and we are building a high-performance outbound appointment-setting team.
We are hiring an experienced Appointment Setting / Sales Operations Manager to own performance, follow-ups, quality, and accountability across a remote team of appointment setters.
This is a full-time, long-term independent contractor role for someone who has already managed outbound callers and knows how to drive results, not just activity.
You will work closely with the company owner, who is hands-on, driven, approachable, and committed to building something long-term with the right person.
What Makes This Role Different
Above-market pay for the Philippines
Clear authority and ownership
Direct access to the company owner
Real growth path as the team scales
We invest in people who perform and lead
If you are organized, confident, tech-aware, and serious about building a strong outbound engine, this is a career-level opportunity.
Your Core Responsibility
Your job is to make sure the appointment setters perform, follow up correctly, and consistently book quality meetings that show up.
You are responsible for output, quality, and discipline — not excuses.
What You’ll Be Doing (Very Important)
Team Performance & Accountability
Manage a remote team of appointment setters
Ensure agents are working during scheduled hours
Monitor daily activity (calls, conversations, follow-ups)
Identify underperformance early and correct it
Coach, warn, and escalate issues when needed
Call Quality & Coaching
Listen to call recordings daily (Nextiva)
Review tone, pacing, confidence, and script adherence
Run role-plays and coaching sessions
Improve objection handling and booking confidence
Share best practices and winning calls with the team
Follow-Ups & Show Rate (Critical)
Ensure no qualified lead is left without follow-up
Enforce follow-up cadence across all agents
Improve appointment show rates, not just bookings
Review no-shows and missed appointments
Train agents on confirmation, reminder, and re-engagement strategies
KPIs, Reporting & Process
Set and track clear KPIs (calls, connects, bookings, show rate)
Deliver simple daily and weekly reports
Identify list, script, or offer issues using data
Maintain CRM hygiene and accuracy
Tech & Systems (Nice to Have, Not Engineer-Level)
Comfortable working with phone systems like Nextiva
Basic understanding of IT / AI services (training provided)
Able to help agents understand what they’re calling about
Ensure systems are being used correctly
You do not need to be an engineer — just tech-comfortable.
Hiring & Training Support
Screen and interview new appointment setters
Review voice quality and confidence
Help onboard and ramp new hires
Maintain a performance-driven culture
Work Schedule
Full-time availability
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM California (Pacific) Time
1-hour unpaid lunch break
Monday–Friday only
No weekends
Compensation
$2,100 USD per month base
Performance bonuses up to $1,000/month
Top performers earn $3,000+ per month
Paid monthly via Wise only
This is elite compensation in the Philippines and is intended for experienced leaders, not coordinators.
Important Classification
