We're growing quickly and looking for the best appointment setters in the game. If you're someone who takes pride in your craft, reads the room, and books meetings that actually convert - keep reading.

The Role

You book qualified Google Meet appointments with Australian business owners. Our senior consultants handle the rest.
This is consultative outreach, not hard selling. You're starting conversations, identifying fit, and scheduling meetings.
But let's be clear: we don't measure success by how many appointments you book. We measure it by how many show up and are genuinely qualified. Anyone can fill a calendar. We want someone who fills it with the right people.

Day-to-day:
• Outbound calls, LinkedIn, and email to business owners in Australia
• Qualify prospects using our proven framework (full training provided)
• Book and confirm Google Meet appointments that actually show up
• Log everything in the CRM

The Pay (This Is Why You Apply)

Base: A$562/month - paid regardless.
But here's where it gets interesting:
• 1 qualified show/day = +50% bonus = A$843/month
• 1.5 shows/day = +75% bonus = A$984/month
• 2 shows/day = +125% bonus = A$1,265/month
• 2.5 shows/day = +175% bonus = A$1,546/month
• 3 shows/day = +225% bonus = A$1,827/month
One shown appointment per day gets you a 50% raise. Top performers earn over 3x base. Bonuses are paid monthly.
Notice the word "show." You don't get paid for bookings that ghost. You get paid for qualified prospects who turn up. That's the standard.
This is a 25hr/week role. Do the hourly math.

You're a Fit If You:

• Speak clear, professional English (neutral or slight Western accent)
• Have B2B appointment setting or outbound calling experience
• Can hold a real conversation, not read a script like a robot
• Take ownership of your pipeline - you follow up, you confirm, you make sure they show
• Are available Monday-Friday during Australian business hours
• Have reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Show up consistently - no gaps, no excuses

You're NOT a Fit If You:

• You need micromanaging
• You book junk appointments just to hit numbers
• You treat this like a side gig you'll quit in 2 weeks
• You can't handle rejection on calls
