We're a renovator-specific growth agency helping high-ticket renovators ($20K-$100K+ AUD projects) generate consistent revenue. Our clients close $100K+ monthly because we don't mess around with cheap leads or empty promises.

We're scaling FAST: 10 clients now, 50 ASAP, 100 by end of 2026.

Your Mission As Client Sales Rep:

You're the bridge between high-value homeowners and life-changing renovation projects. Every call you make impacts thousands of families getting their dream homes.

Core responsibility: Call and qualify 100% of inbound leads to achieve 30-40% qualification rate.

What You'll Do Daily:

- Call new leads immediately when they come in (speed matters)
- Follow up with existing pipeline prospects
- Qualify homeowners for $20K+ renovation projects
- Track Leads Via GoHighLevel CRM
- Send Leads To Our Clients Directly Via Slack
- Communicate With Our Clients On Lead Specific Information
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
- Track performance and submit daily reports

Schedule & Compensation:

Hours: 9am-5pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (full-time)
Base + Commission: $5/AUD + $6 commission for every lead you qualify
Uncapped earning potential - our killers make serious money ($600+ AUD per week)

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- 1+ years phone-based B2C sales/appointment setting experience
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred, training provided)
- Elite level organisation and consistency
- Sales-driven mindset with positive attitude
- Available during mandatory hours
