COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
- Base: $650/month
- Bonus: +$15 per qualified appointment you book
- Recent performance: The last person in this role earned $1,445 in a month. We’re actively adding new clients, which means more opportunities for you to hit your targets.
- Additional commission opportunities and performance bonuses for hitting KPIs.
SALES VS. CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is a sales-focused role. While customer service is often reactive and involves waiting for the phone to ring to solve a problem, this role is proactive. You are guiding a prospect through a decision-making process. You aren't just providing information; you are selling the value of a consultation and moving the lead from interested to committed.
TRAINING AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
We don't expect you to be perfect on day one, but we do expect you to be a student of the game. We provide ongoing training to help you master:
- Advanced communication techniques.
- Objection handling with empathy and poise.
- CRM management and data-driven sales workflows.
- Professional development that translates to any high-level sales career.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Convert inbound calls and warm leads into booked consultations on client calendars.
- Connect, don't just talk. We don't use rigid scripts. You’ll be trained on how to have authentic, unscripted conversations that build real trust.
- Act as a high-level advisor: listen for the why behind the call and guide them to the right next step.
- Keep records tidy: update Asana and our CRM so our Ads and Client teams have clean data.
- Join regular team huddles and training sessions to keep sharpening your sales skills.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A closer who understands that a friendly phone presence is the best sales tool.
- A self-starter who treats their schedule like a business and never misses an opportunity to follow up.
- Excellent English conversational skills; you must be able to navigate complex emotions with clarity.
- Very important: A clear, natural-sounding American accent to build immediate rapport with US seniors.
- Ambition: We want people who want to grow their income and their skills every single month.
