JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing digital company based in the Netherlands looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. Your job is simple: follow up with warm leads in the UK, USA, Australia, and Canada via email, phone, and messaging — and book qualified meetings with our team.

You are NOT doing cold calling. All leads have already shown interest. Your job is to follow up, build rapport, and schedule a meeting. We handle the meeting ourselves.

IMPORTANT: You will be speaking directly with English-speaking prospects in native English markets. Fluent, near-native English is a must — both written and spoken, with a neutral or clear accent.

What You'll Do:
- Follow up with warm leads via email, phone, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn
- Qualify leads based on simple criteria we provide
- Schedule meetings directly in our calendar
- Track all activity and results in our CRM
- Consistently hit weekly meeting targets

Requirements:
- Fluent, near-native English — written and spoken, with a clear/neutral accent (you will be calling prospects in the UK, USA, Australia, and Canada)
- Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer outreach
- Comfortable with tools like Google Calendar, CRM systems, and email
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
- Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Willing to work hours that overlap with UK/US/AU business hours (flexible scheduling)

Nice to Have:
- Experience with e-commerce or digital services
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Calendly, or GoHighLevel
- Previous remote work experience

Compensation:
- Base: $150/month
- Per meeting: $7 for every qualified meeting that takes place
- Top performers can easily earn $ ---------- +/month
