Sideo is a growing Norwegian digital marketing and web agency helping service businesses with websites, CRM and automation, paid advertising, and lead generation. We are hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to start conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our sales team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work outbound leads and warm follow-ups across phone and digital channels. Your job is to create genuine conversations, identify qualified business owners, book meetings, and keep every next step accurate in the CRM.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Cold calling service-business owners
• Following up through phone, SMS, email, and social channels where appropriate
• Qualifying prospects before booking them with the sales team
• Booking, confirming, and reducing no-shows for sales meetings
• Handling common objections naturally and improving scripts through feedback
• Updating CRM records, notes, outcomes, and next actions accurately
• Tracking activity, conversations, bookings, qualification rate, and show rate
• Participating in coaching, role-play, and regular performance reviews

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong spoken and written English
• Previous appointment-setting, cold-calling, or sales experience
• Confident speaking with business owners on the phone
• Able to handle objections without sounding robotic
• Disciplined follow-up habits and accurate CRM work
• Reliable, organized, coachable, and comfortable with performance targets
• Able to work full time with meaningful overlap with Central European business hours
• Reliable internet, a good headset, and a quiet calling environment
