We’re hiring a top-performing Appointment Setter / Lead Generator to join our team. This is a high-output, KPI-driven role for someone who is consistent, competitive, and knows how to turn calls into booked appointments that show and convert.
Compensation Package: Base Pay + Commission + Performance Bonuses
Weekly Base: $300–$500, with uncapped earning potential
About the Role
Your primary objective is to generate qualified sales opportunities by booking appointments that show up and move forward in the sales process. This role requires consistent outbound calling, strong follow-up, and daily execution.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls using Hot Prospector
Set 4 qualified appointments per day (2 next-day, 2 future)
Respond quickly to inbound and high-intent leads
Follow scripts with a confident, professional tone
Accurately update CRM and track all activity
Re-engage no-shows, cancellations, and aged leads
Requirements
Hot Prospector experience required
Appointment setting / outbound sales / call center experience in Home Improvement Industry
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Reliable internet and ability to work PST hours
Organized, punctual, and results-driven
Performance Standards
Minimum 500+ dials per day
KPI-driven environment with strict accountability
