JOB OVERVIEW

Here’s a quick video sharing why you may want to work with me! ----------

Role Overview:
I'm looking for a proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to manage my pipeline, build rapport with sellers, and set qualified appointments for my closing team. If you love talking to people, thinking on your feet, and turning a conversation into a signed deal, keep reading. There's real room to grow in the company, too!

Requirements:
* Must be able to work 40 hours per week
* Must be able to work from 9am to 6pm Central Time (US), with a 1-hour break.
* Must have strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
* Must be comfortable speaking English clearly with minimal accent for making phone calls.
* Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
* Must be a quick reader and a critical thinker
* Must have high EQ, energetic, enthusiastic, and genuinely happy to help and serve
* Nice to have: Real estate experience of some type, preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do:

Must-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Must Be Proficient In):

These are the tasks the VA needs to handle independently and confidently from day one:

CRM and Pipeline
* Check the pipeline in the Podio CRM at the start of each day and identify which deals need follow-up. Experience with Podio is helpful, but not required.
* Read and understand the research and notes already prepared in the CRM for each lead
* Understand the fact pattern of each deal before you make contact
* Keep the CRM updated with call notes and next steps until deals are closed

Calls and Follow-Up
* Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed
* Make calls to develop new leads and follow up with existing leads (using provided call scripts)
* Respond to all leads
* Ask the pertinent questions to confirm deal details and uncover the information needed to build an offer (which questions you ask depends on how much research was already completed)
* Set qualified appointments for the closing team
* Learn relevant real estate knowledge, especially pertaining to estate, probate, land records, title underwriting, and market analysis.

Nice-to-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Can Learn Over Time):

These tasks are valuable but can be trained on the job:
* Do your own supplementary research on a deal
* Abstract titles
* Read and interpret court records

Ready to Apply?
1. Message me with the subject “I’m excited to work with you, Robert!”
2. Add a link to your resume
3. Indicate your contact email address

If this doesn’t sound perfect but you love hard work and learning, reach out anyway—there’s likely another chance to join my team!
