JOB OVERVIEW

Appointment Setter - US Night Shift - Base + Bonus Per Appointment

Hi, I'm Alejandro. I own a small US company that builds websites for home service businesses: plumbers, roofers, HVAC, landscapers, electricians.

I'm looking for ONE part time appointment setter to call US small business owners and book them into my calendar. I do all the selling and all the building. You just book the call.

This job is easier than most cold calling, and here's why.

Before you ever call them, we have already built the business owner a website. It's finished. It's live on the internet. It has their real Google reviews on it.

So you are not calling to ask if they want a website. You are calling to tell them one already exists and you want to text them the link. That is a completely different conversation, and people are far more curious than defensive.

What you will do

Call small business owners in the US from a list I give you (50 to 70 calls a shift)
Use the opening script I give you, in your own natural voice
Text them the link to the website we already built for them
Book them into my calendar for a 20 minute call with me
Log what happened in a simple sheet after each call
That is the whole job
What you will NOT do

You will never take payment or ask for a credit card. Ever.
You will never have to close a sale
You will never have to answer technical questions about websites
You will never argue with anyone. If someone is rude, you hang up and dial the next one
What I'm looking for

Clear, natural spoken English. You do not need a perfect American accent. You need to be easy to understand and sound like a real person, not a call center
Previous phone experience calling US customers, cold calling preferred but not required
Someone who can hear "no" 40 times in a night and still be pleasant on call 41
Someone who LISTENS. The best setters talk less than the prospect does
Reliable internet and a quiet place to work. This is non negotiable, background noise kills these calls
Someone who shows up on time. I would rather have a good person for a year than a great person for a month
What I am NOT looking for

Anyone who wants to also do admin, social media, graphic design, or "anything you need." This is a phone job only
Anyone who cannot work the night shift long term
Anyone who needs a script read word for word. I will give you a script, but you have to sound like a human, not a recording
Hours and pay

20 hours a week, Monday to Friday
9:00pm to 1:00am Manila time (this is US morning, when contractors answer)
$400 USD per month base, paid twice a month
Plus $10 USD for every appointment that actually shows up to the call
A good setter books 1 to 2 a shift, so realistically $450 to $600 a month total
Paid training your first week while you learn
I pay the bonus on appointments that SHOW UP, not appointments booked. I want you booking people who genuinely want to talk to me, not people who said yes to get off the phone. That protects you too, because you will not be judged on people who were never serious.

What I give you

A full written guide with the script and an answer for every objection
Paid training and role play with me before you dial anyone
Recordings of good calls to listen to
A clean list of leads that are already checked and ready to call
Direct access to me. If something goes wrong, you message me, not a manager
How to apply

Applications without this will not be read. It takes 5 minutes.

Record a voice message (any recorder, or the audio message here) where you:

Say your name and where you are from

Read this out loud in your natural speaking voice:

"Hey, is this Mike? Mike, this is [your name] with Funding Flow AI. I'll be honest with you, this is a cold call. Do you want to hang up, or can I have twenty seconds to tell you why I called?"

Then, in your own words, tell me about a time someone was rude to you on a call and what you did

In your written message, answer these three:

Can you work 9:00pm to 1:00am Manila time, Monday to Friday, long term? Yes or no
What is your internet speed, and is your work area quiet?
Have you cold called US customers before? If yes, selling what?
Put the word ROOFTOP at the top of your message so I know you read this whole post

I read every application that follows these steps. I reply to everyone I'm considering within a few days, and I will tell you either way.
