Steadfast Commercial Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company in Columbus, Ohio. We’re hiring a part-time appointment setter to call small U.S. offices (dental practices, medical and vet clinics, professional offices) and book walkthroughs. You don’t need U.S. business experience. We train you on our script. What we look for is clear, natural English on the phone and the persistence to keep a conversation going when someone says no.

What you’ll do

Call U.S. offices from our list and reach the office manager or owner
Stay calm and keep going when you hear “we already have a cleaner” or “just send me an email”, and end every call with a name and a date
Book walkthroughs at a specific day and time. Our local cleaner does the walkthrough, and the owner delivers the quote.
Follow up after the quote until the client signs

Pay (USD, paid every Sunday)

$3.50/hour to start, 30 hours a week (about $455/month)
$4/hour from your next shift after your first walkthrough takes place and gets a quote, or automatically after 30 days, whichever comes first
$5/hour in any month you book 3 or more walkthroughs that take place
$20 for every walkthrough you book that takes place and gets a quote
$100 when that client pays its first invoice, plus $50 more at its third

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–12pm and 1pm–4pm U.S. Eastern, with an unpaid hour in between (9pm–12am and 1am–4am Manila; one hour later after the U.S. clock change on Nov 1).

Must-haves

Clear, natural spoken English. We listen to a short voice recording when you apply.
Outbound calling or sales experience of any kind, and the willingness to follow our script and practise it
A computer, a headset that sounds clean on a call, backup internet and power, and a quiet room
No other job or client during these hours, and no setting for other cleaning companies
